Drying time depends several different factors. The weather conditions, amount of moisture needed to throughly clean , whether or not protector is applied, and most importantly the air flow. Given these variables, you could expect any where from 4 hours on the low end to 12 hours on the high end. Our truck mount is very powerful and removes 95% of the moisture. Using fans to create air movement will do more
for drying time than anything else.
How soon will I be able to walk on my carpets?
You can walk on your carpets immediately, but we recommended that you limit the amount of traffic until it is dry. Wet carpet picks up soil easily. If walking on the wet carpet is absolutely necessary, we suggest that you wear white socks or shoe covers. Children and pets should stay off of the carpets for the first 4-6 hours. Furniture should stay on the plastic tabs or Styrofoam blocks for at least 48 hours.
Are the cleaning products you use safe?
Yes, our cleaning products are very safe and biodegradable.
What if the stain comes back?
We try to prevent this from happening. However, without knowing whats in and under the carpet and padding we cannot guarantee that every stain will be permanently removed. If a spill is excessive enough underneath, chances are pretty good that it will "wick" to the surface quickly. If this happens within the first 7 days of the cleaning we will return, at no charge and address the problem.
