Carpet Cleaning   
We use the Hot Water Extraction system: This is a fancy way of saying that a hot water cleaning solution under high pressure is forced into your carpet and then extracted out of your carpet.
In a recent Technical Bulletin, Shaw Industries, the world's largest carpet manufacturer, " recommends the hot water extraction system, which research indicates provides the best capability for cleaning."

    A truck-powered unit heats the water to a higher temperature. For every 18 degree increase in temperature above 118 degrees F, you double the water's cleaning ability. So if the water temp. is 136 degrees F, it will clean twice as well as water that is 118 degrees F. 154 degree water will clean four times as well as 118 degree water. And so on, until you reach a water temperature of 250 degrees F.
    
    The truck mounted unit shoots the cleaning solution into your carpet at higher pressures, which breaks up the dirt, bacteria, chemicals and pollens. 400-500 pounds per square inch is the optimum pressure for truck-powered hot-water extraction.
    
    The machine uses stronger suction to draw the dirt, chemicals, bacteria, pollens and tobacco smoke residue out of your carpet.


Pet Odor Elimination
In order to eliminate pet odors from your carpet, stains must be removed or neutralized from the affected areas. In sever cases the back side of the carpet, the padding or the sub floor are also affected. If these areas are left untreated the pet odor can become absorbed into your home. The sooner you treat the pet spot, the more successful permanent stain removal is likely to be.

            
Carpet Repair
When an existing seam splits, a repair is needed. Through various methods we are able to repair a split seam, as well as carpet tears. If you have extra carpet it makes the task of repair easier. We also offer power stretching for those pesky ripples in your carpet.


Upholstery Cleaning & Upholstery Protectant       
There is such a wide variety of fabrics out there, we can inspect the upholstery and recommend the best cleaning method. Manufacturers may suggest a particular cleaning method. Check tags to see what may be recommended. Soft, woven and textured fabrics usually clean well with our system. We pretest the fabric and use the safest cleaning method. Our cleaners are gentle and effective at removing soil. You can keep your upholstery looking clean longer by having us apply Scotchgard after cleaning. 


Flood and Water Extraction 
We will extract the water and dry out the carpet. Wet carpet must be dried out as quickly as possible to prevent any mold or mildew growth. In some cases we must pull back the carpet and put a fan in place to help the drying process. After the carpet is dry and put back down, we can clean and sanitize the area.  


 Duct Cleaning
Particles of dust, hair, mildew and soot collect in air ducts and require cleaning. A complete and thorough cleaning of your vent system will improve the air quality in your home.
